Freehold Sale and Purchase as per residential plus £250 + VAT

Leasehold :

New Lease – Grant or Renewal

Up to and including 5 years £950 + VAT

5 -10 years - £1500 + VAT

10 years + - £1950 plus VAT

Lease Purchase or sale as residential plus £350 plus VAT

Deposit Deed £250 + VAT

Licence required for Landlord eg alterations - £250 +VAT

Authorised Guarantee Agreement (AGA) or any other guarantee or mortgage £300 + VAT

Lease Break Notice £350 + VAT
