We provide emergency out of hours cover for clients in custody 365 days of the year.  We believe that everyone who has been arrested or alleged to have committed a criminal offence has the right to professional and dedicated representation.

Everyone who is interviewed at a police station is entitled to a Solicitor to help them at no cost.  You should not undertake an interview on your own.  It is not quicker without a Solicitor present.  Also, you may not fully understand the law or what is being asked of you, and you may feel pressured into saying things just to get out of the police station.

After you have appeared at the police station, if you are charged with an offence you will have to go to court, for which you may be entitled to Public Funding ('Legal Aid').  One of our experienced Solicitors will be able to advise and represent you throughout your court proceedings.

We provide professional advice and a personal service to all of our clients.  We are aware of how stressful court proceedings can be and are aware of the potential impact upon you if you are convicted.  We are committed to vigorously defending your position and representing you appropriately.

We provide a broad range of advice on all criminal matters and deal with all types of offences in all parts of the UK .

Do remember - it may be your liberty or livelihood at risk; we will help you to defend it

Please see below for our fee guide for Summary Only Motoring Offences:-

- Guilty Plea - £400 plus VAT

- Special Reasons - £600 plus VAT

Please note the above fees include all necessary work up to and including a first single court hearing.

Your matter will be dealt with at all times by a suitably qualified person under the supervision of the head of the Crime department.
